Jaku 2.0: Infrastructure, Security and Digital Sovereignty for Urban Mobility

As the developer and Chief Technology Officer of Jaku 2.0, I lead the platform’s technical evolution, from software architecture and backend development to cybersecurity, infrastructure planning and data protection. This project reflects my vision of building a secure, scalable and sovereign urban mobility platform designed for Bolivia’s local transportation needs.

Jaku 2.0 is the strategic evolution of a digital transportation platform designed to transform urban mobility in Bolivia. Beyond connecting passengers and drivers, this new version redesigns the core of the system by prioritizing high-availability infrastructure, advanced data protection and a sovereign technology model adapted to local mobility needs.

The Challange

Urban mobility platforms often depend on commercial models that centralize user information, route data and operational intelligence. Jaku 2.0 addresses this challenge by proposing a secure, locally adapted and privacy-oriented architecture, designed to protect sensitive data while supporting reliable transportation services for passengers, drivers and urban mobility operators.

What we do?

Jaku 2.0 strengthens the technological foundation of an urban mobility platform by redesigning its backend architecture, improving information security and enabling scalable service management. The platform focuses on encrypted data flows, route monitoring, fleet coordination, real-time demand analysis and resilient infrastructure for operating under high-traffic urban conditions.

Common Questions for this Project

Jaku 2.0 is designed under strict privacy principles. Route tracking, user information and operational data are protected through secure data flows and encryption in transit, with a clear policy of not commercializing user databases.

Unlike traditional commercial models, Jaku 2.0 emphasizes digital sovereignty, local infrastructure needs and information security. Its architecture is designed to support urban mobility services while protecting sensitive data and reducing dependency on external platform logic.

As Chief Technology Officer, I lead the architectural design, software planning and supervision of the platform’s critical infrastructure. My work focuses on aligning operational mobility needs with cybersecurity, scalability and technological sovereignty standards.
